Au fil du Giffre (FDG)

Would you like to discover trail running or are you already adept at sprint-trail runs ? Or are you simply bored of running the same paths? If so, the 10KM Banks of the Giffre is made for you. Following the course of the river which shaped our valley, you can benefit from the coolness which it brings. But it’s not entirely a dream – you won’t just be going on the flat! You’ll also need to gain a little height to cross over the Nant d’Ant and how to place your feet for the tricky descent back down to Samoëns where you can finally step into the shoes of the ‘greats’ and the now traditional lap of the lake final!
